No reply to sip option


We have freeswitch configured with a trunk between it and our supplier.

Our supplier is sending SIP option pings every 60 seconds but never gets a reply so the trunk is down on their side.

Freeswitch is sending its own SIP option pings every 25 seconds as per Gateway config and this gets a 200 OK from the supplier.

Is there any configuration that I’m missing that would cause freeswitch not to reply to the SIP option pings from the supplier?


Depends on network conditions. If you reg with UDP could try with TCP. What are your current settings?
