My team and I are attempting to troubleshoot an issue that is occurring in our cloud-hosted PBX running FreeSWITCH. We are trying to integrate with a third-party PBX via SIP trunking. We are currently unable to place any calls to them from our internal extensions over the outbound route we have configured, which is supposed to be bridging calls to 5-digit extensions over the ‘Amazon’ gateway. When we attempt to place an outgoing call, we see the INVITE on the internal leg of the call being bridged over this gateway. However, on the other side, they are not seeing any INVITE from us. There is no firewall issue as we are able to telnet to them from our side just fine. Also, they are able to call us and we are able to answer. We are also able to place calls between our internal extensions.
