Beginning Monday, March 25th you will have access to the new Support Chat Widget, located within the dashboard of your SignalWire Space. Clicking on the chat icon, will provide you with access to our extensive knowledge base and the ability to create new cases or speak with a member of our support team.
Look for the chat widget in the bottom right corner!
From 9am - 7pm ET, our support team will be available to help you, and after hours you will still have unrestricted access to developer docs, and our knowledge base articles. While live agents won’t be available outside these times, any comments or inquiries will be forwarded to our team!
