I have a Debian system with FreeSWITCH installed from SignalWire, and I’ve successfully loaded mod_cdr_mongodb, which connects to a MongoDB database. Both the MongoDB server and FreeSWITCH (fs_cli) logs confirm the connection.
The issue is that despite no apparent errors, when I make calls, the Call Detail Records (CDRs) are not being inserted into the MongoDB database. There are no specific logs or errors related to CDR insertion on either the MongoDB server or FreeSWITCH (fs_cli) logs.
