Vanity number search

I wanted to know if SignalWire is capable of offering vanity phone numbers in their available phone number lists? If so, how do we search for one or contact a sales agent to inquire about one. Thanks,

Hello, if you’d like to have a specific number that you can’t find in our number search through the UI or APIs, you can open a support request with us, and we will try our best to find the number. A support request can be opened by clicking on the Help icon on your SignalWire dashboard’s top banner, and then clicking on ‘Support Portal’. I saw this reply in the forum as well as receiving a email notification for the reply.

Hopefully, This email will reach you. I tried the link you provided but it did not lead/engage to another page. So, I tried to join your discourse group but was prevented as my gmail account does not allow me to login. Perhaps a signalwire email will allow me to join the chat. Would you be able to provide me an email or should I just remain in the forum. Honestly, I just want to be able to send you my request securely. Preferably, not via email if possible.

Lastly, the following page does not allow me to submit a request or login.

Would you have any insight as to how I can send intrasite messages to the support team?

I tried your suggestion and it didn’t allow to me create a ticket. I also allowed the zendesk tracker to function but not the others; but it still didn’t function. Possibly, the security features on firefox are not optimized for your site. Would you please let me know if any specific trackers are required to access the request page.

On the other hand, I did notice the Captcha feature during logins was less stringent than yesterday.

However, I am still unable to access/login or create a request on the following page https://support.signalwire.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I do have a signalwire space which I can log into from your main site; but that’s it. No other page allows me to login or auto-login when I am logged into my space.

Would you have any other suggestions.

Hi Eric,

It could be a browser issue, and you could try to use Google Chrome browser as well. This link for sure should be where you sign into your SignalWire Space: Log into Your SignalWire Account | SignalWire

Here are outlined steps on how to create a support request to the support team once you are in your SignalWire Space dashboard: Navigating your SignalWire Space | SignalWire Developer Portal

If you are not able to complete the steps for some reason, you can email the support team at support@signalwire.com.

It worked. Google Chrome allows me to create tickets and use the chat bot comparatively to Firefox. thanks for the suggestion. All is well, Eric
