Destroy Code:804 Reason: MEDIA_TIMEOUT

First of all, I want to express my gratitude for your support and guidance. We are newcomers to SignalWire and PBX systems.

We are currently in the process of developing an application that enables making calls to specific phone numbers from a web browser using SignalWire’s RELAY Browser SDK V2. However, we have encountered some challenges. When we initiate a call to a phone number from the web browser, the phone rings and we are able to answer the call. However, there is no audio present on either side of the call. After some time, the call is disconnected, and we see logs “destroy Code:804 Reason: MEDIA_TIMEOUT.” indicating in browser console. We have followed the instructions outlined in this blog post.

We are seeking guidance on identifying the issues in our approach and resolving this problem.

Aji,

Can you re-test and provide us with a Call SID? I believe the issue you were hitting was already fixed.
